Return & Refund Policy
The Orchid Collection prides itself on accepting returns for full refunds. We accept returns if the item is the wrong size or color, doesn't fit, or simply wasn't what you imagined.
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery to the customer's address. We are happy to provide full refunds for return forms that are submitted within 7 days of delivery. After submitting the return form, items must be received at the return facility within 10 days. Store credit will be provided for products returned between 8-15 days from the delivery date.
Returns will only be accepted for unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Note: For returns of 3 or more items (within 30 days) a $5 per item restocking fee will apply. This fee will be subtracted from the refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please enclose it with the product.
DO NOT SEND YOUR PURCHASE BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER. Return Facility information will be available on the return request form.
All shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive at the return facility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and that the refund will be processed. The refund credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account and/or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
